ERC works in concert with Trustees, Co-trustees, Estate Attorneys, and Life Care Planners to petition the Court in order to invade principal.

We produce a comprehensive report that includes design intent drawings with projected cost itemization. The Petition Attachment Report (PAR) establishes the cost associated with a beneficiary’s special living requirements; the PAR is accurate and certified. It covers a wide range of real life situations including special needs home modifications as well as new home procurement when applicable. We provide expert testimony; our success ratio exceeds 96% Court approval.
