Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints.

This is where ERC pulls ahead of the pack. We employ project management software that allows us to monitor a job on a daily basis. The funding source is provide with periodic update reports, site inspections are performed to assure contract conformity and change orders are negotiated. We also intervene with subcontractors on behalf of the contractor and provide the contractor with on-going telephone support.
