INDEPENDENT HOME EVALUATION & ASSESSMENT

ERC identifies the scope of work to facilitate an injured claimant with a living environment for them to safely conduct their activities of daily living. Medical necessity within the bounds of reason is the criteria we employ, but safety and the general well-being of the patient is always the utmost priority. We work in concert with the insurance claims handler; medical case manager; and the rehabilitation team to make certain that all of the patients needs are addressed. Attending clinicians are telephonically interviewed to identify any required recommendations for prescribed therapies.
